Our products’ quality is the direct result of the quality of the procedures we follow in all our activities. In this way we manage to maintain and increase our clientele.
By the term “ELVITYL’s Product Quality” we define our increased capability to meet all the specific needs and whishes of our customers, at minimum cost. The company’s stuff and top management try to provide our customers with effectively designed products of the highest possible quality that meet all their predetermined end-use requirements, using state-of-the-art materials and methods that comply with all effective state regulations.
Each of us is responsible for the “quality” of our final products because we are aware that we all have to contribute to make our company a pioneer amongst its competitors. ELVITYL’s Product Quality is based on the full compliance of its stuff to the quality policy of the company and to all documented procedures of the quality management system. In this way we ensure the effectiveness and tenability of all our actions. Each member of our stuff has the right and the obligation to stop production each time he or she notices that the quality of the products is jeopardized and to place all defective items in specially designated areas (“red boxes”).
Provided that it is done in good faith, ELVITYL welcomes and encourages any form of criticism by our associates and/or customers. We are not infallible but we strive to avoid repeating the same mistakes.
