ELVITYL S.A. is in the electric and telecommunication equipment sector. The company focuses in the production of electric, telecommunication and energy cables, cable harnesses and various cable accessories. With its current name, ELVITYL became a limited company in 1981, originating from “THERMOGONOS Co”, a partnership company that was founded in 1970.
1970 Thermogonos Co. is founded in Thessaloniki by Apostolos Tsikouras and Danai Mihailoglou.
1976 Construction of a privately-owned factory in the Industrial Area of Sindos commences and is completed in September 1977. The same factory is still in operation today.
1981 ELVITYL S.A. operates as a limited company. State-of-the-art equipment is installed in the company’s 15000 sq.m. privately owned facilities.
1994 The company is certified by ELOT according to ELOT ΕΝ ISO 9003.
1997 The company is certified by ELOT according to ELOT ΕΝ ISO 9002.
1999 The company is certified by ELOT according to ELOT ΕΝ ISO 9001. The Department of Research & Development is established.
2000 The company is certified by ELOT according to ELOT ΕΝ ISO 14001:1996. 2004 ELVITYL installs two new production lines.
Today ELVITYL has a 5500 sq.m. privately owned factory built on a site that covers a total area of 15000 sq.m. in the Industrial Area of Sindos. Its annual turnover is 3.000.000 Euro and its installed production equipment is worth more than 3.000.000 Euro.
