With Surface Mount Technology, electronic components are soldered onto the printed circuit surface using solder paste. Such practice, in combination with the use of SMD materials, has as a result the decrease of the printed circuit’s volume and the increase of the functionality and lifetime of the circuit.

The SMT assembly line is able to mount 6500 electronic components per hour, with an accuracy of 0.4mm. Soldering quality is ensured by the use of a four-channel temperature-recording device.
